organizations, and allies by providing a trusted digital identity,
meaningful connections, increased visibility, and opportunities for
collaboration and growth.

Our goal is to foster a professional, respectful, and inclusive
community where businesses and individuals can thrive together.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these
Terms.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Comply with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any
activities that occur under it.

- Create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

Business information displayed on the Platform may come directly from
business owners or other publicly available sources.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that listings are
complete, current, or error-free.

Users should independently verify business information before relying on
it.

8. Marketplace and Networking

.blk may facilitate introductions, networking opportunities,
directories, collaborations, educational resources, mentorship
opportunities, or promotional services.

.blk is not a party to agreements made between users.

We are not responsible for disputes arising between users, businesses,
organizations, or third parties.

Some services may require payment.

By purchasing a service, you agree that:

- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

- Error-free operation
- Complete accuracy of listings
- Availability of specific services

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, .blk shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
arising from the use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to .blk
during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless .blk and its owners,
officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims,
damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Your use of the Platform;
- Your submitted content;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Violate these Terms;
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity;
- Harm the Platform or its community; or
- Pose security risks.

Termination does not eliminate any obligations that accrued before
